Angelo and the Bears have just got to break the pattern of not getting a starting-caliber player out of the 1st round and not getting first-year production by guys drafted in the 2-3-4 positions. Inconsistency and year-after-year of projects, redshirts and non-productive 1st-rounders has been the M.O. of this crew for quite a few years.
