Yeah Armstrong seemed to fit in Miami's scheme a little better than he did in Chicago. I remember Wanny playing him at both DT and DE whereas in Miami he was more of a strict pass rush specialist... Fewer reps but more productivity. Also, having gone to U of Florida I think the climate and the whole way of life down there was a lot more to his liking. We got a couple of decent draft picks for him IIRC but knowing the complete incompetence of our personnel staff in the Wanny era I'm sure we wasted those picks on nobodies.
FWIW Wikipedia says Trace Armstrong is 48 now, still lives in Florida and is a sports agent with several big name college coaches as clients.
