Well they are going at a new hire the same way they went after the last one and that tells me we are doomed to another stretch of bad football.

Have we got a new GM yet?

Who are some of the Polian guys?

Everyone knows it's not what you know but who you know.

The Cleveland candidates Glenn Cook, Cleveland Browns Vice President of Player Personnel and Kwesi Adofo-Mensah, Cleveland Browns VP of Football Operations are Polian guys.

Ran Carthon San Francisco 49ers director of player personnel is also a Polian guy.

As far as HC is concerned, if they are a "hot" coordinator, they are already on the Bears list including the Bucs and Bills OC/DC...

I only saw a rumor that the Bears contacted Rick Smith so far.  He would probably be my #1 candidate as of now...

They better wait on a coach until they hire a GM.  We don’t need that problem.

Not sure why they’re interviewing coaches unless to gain their opinions and interest.
