James Houston really impresses me. Picked in the 6th round, waived, then put on the practice squad the next day. He didn't play until Thanksgiving and has had a sack in almost every game since and lead the Lions with 8 sacks breaking Von Miller's
record along the way.
It is up to Poles and the scouts to find gems like this dude.
