Let's say the Bears really really like Carter.
If the Lions are going to go corner at 6, then the Raiders or the Falcons could have a shot at Carter or Tyree Wilson with picks 7 and 8.
Would the Bears give up that valuable top 3rd round pick to move UP from 9 to 6 to get Carter? Lions could very well find any corner at 9.
