Question for The Circle.

It looks like Alex Wood is competing for the 5th spot in the Dodgers rotation with Brandon McCarthy.  If the Dodgers move Wood to relief, would I be able to move him there as well?

Read your rules!  Yes, you can move him down, but only with a clear statement that he will relieve rather than start.  After 3 starts, you lose points.

BTW, tico and others.  We forgot the other day when discussing this rule that we dropped it to 3 rather than 5 starts last year.  I forgot we voted on that.

Stoppers place familia on suspended/bereavement list for 15 games. Apparently, for causing a commotion and not domestic abuse?

Stoppers sign Tony Cingrani to replace.

Curious with the new rules.  Not my team But methods.  Just saw adalberto meija got the fifth starters job.  He has started in the minors for the most part
   However his one major league appearance was  league last year was in relief.   Does he qualify for the three starts Or will method have to replace him?

Mejia definitely should be at SP.  He has 4 relief appearances throughout all of high A, AA, and AAA.  There have been no relief appearances since he was at AA in 2014, save for 1 last year for the Twins.

Yes, he will have to move to SP.
          ii.  Any pitcher that has started 3 games in a season is an SP.  If used as an SP in minors, must be, without appeal, an SP in MLB
         iii.  Should an SP be demoted to RP status, the owner may appeal to Commissioner for change in status.
