Also. Buffs team is not as bad as it's made out to be... I think 2 year turn around tops... Think it can be a non lottery team by end of this year with active management.

One thing that prolly needs to be decided upfront if 'B' wins is whether or not milb guys can be taken in supplemental draft. I could see some just assuming major then someone takes Senziel and someone above would have taken him.

The contracted team's entire roster is subject to either draft.  In A, mlb players into mlb draft. Minor leaguers into milb draft.  In B, all go into supplemental draft.

If a minor leaguer is taken in the supplemental draft, are they placed on the selecting owner's major or minor league roster? And if major league roster, does the player then have to make his team out of spring training or risk being lost back to our FA pool?

Only caveat with players taken in supplemental draft is that they MUST be protected...whether that’s on the major league roster (1 of your 13), or in your minor league keepers.
