Interesting.  You think he's the first pick?  I'm going to guess JD Martinez.  Maybe Darvish.  Remember last year, out of the blue, it was Sano, who actually looked like a great pick until he got hurt.

Of course, that reminds me, Circle members have you considered the Ohtani rule I circulated?

Last year it was Kenley, Sano went 3rd.

Darvis/Jake/Hosmer/JD might try and make a point for a month or so and not back off their demands... lots of risk... you should all not waste your top round's draft picks on those guys.

That's right, then you turned around and traded him to...oh, yeah, bad memory.

I know why I had Sano in my head.  We waited like 4 days for buff to make his pick.  LOL

If, at the time we draft, those guys haven't signed, we can't draft them.  Boris is going to earn his keep with his waiver wire.

That's a boon for teams with like the top 10 waiver slots... Lol. We draft early I think this is going to go on for a bit. ( With that said, they will all sign tonight. )

Yeah it'd be a lot safer to take someone safely under contract . . . like Justin Grimm for instance.

So Electric Amish offered Jorge Alfaro for Starlin Castro before I took over the team.  Can I accept it?

I'm also willing to trade anyone except Bryant, Russell, Baez.

The weird thing to me about it was he could have had Sano from me for fairly cheap before the draft too.  I was practically begging someone to take him off my hands.

Still turned out to be a halfway decent pick for a while though.

Wait 48 hours and then redo the Alfaro for Castro deal.

As far as Bryant, Russell, and Baez are concerned, are you really Hoyer?
