Was this game a win or a loss, I forget..... get all excited about a QB making throws against a second and third string D. You'll have lots of opportunities to get excited this season. There's going to be lots of losses.

Stuck in traffic between Hollywood and the S.F. Valley while game was going on.  >:(

MT for the high priced paid impressed.

MG ... why did we sign him from Tampa again ?

Tiny Dancer drafted at RB was fun to watch.

Can't form an opinion on the big TE yet.

Defense was impressive until the blown coverage that allowed Bronco's to score win.

JJ the guys who were playing that late in the 4th on defense are not making the team.

Over all I was happy with what I saw except for the first team offense.  Glennon was brutal but I am willing to give him the next game.  Sanchez had a nice block which is not something you want to be saying about your QB but he had very limited time on the field.

The first string O line did not look good though.

JJ, this TEAM has been invisible for years now! They've been in what, 3 maybe four playoffs since the early 90's? Absolutely pathetic! These guys are headed hard towards being the next Cubs....a hundred years of ineptitude. Maybe they'll figure it out in another 60 years....

Done with optimism, want results. Doing great in practice is not what the NFL is about. I saw just bits of the game. Trubisky was throwing to open recievers much of the time. He did have oh maybe three good throws, and that against backups and guys who won't even make the Broncos. Do it in primetime against the Packers, pal. Or heck, how bout just the Lions? I'll betcha he blows it big. Why do I think that? BEARS, baby.....history repeated over and over and over and over....

I'm optimistic in regards to Trubisky. I thought his throws looked good, on target. He threw well rolling out of the pocket..

He passed the first test.  Trubisky wasn't under much pressure but he made good decision s and was accurate.

FWIW days later....

I'd only have been concerned about Trubisky if he DIDN'T come in and look good against the competition....

Floyd looks good- bigger but still fast....

The "Human Joystick" did a great job despite being so small (I think he was actually invisible to the opposing players at times because of his size). He is very fast. I bet any of us couldn't tackle him in a phone booth... :D

The D that gave up to TDs in the 4th had some players that were playing meaningful time last season (that carson kid who got beat like a drum being one). This team definitely shows it will have better depth this year than last year because players like him won't make the squad.....

Sanchez came in and did nothing... That could be a positive (no butt fumble).

Glennon was brutal but so was the line. Whitehair (I think it was him and not Grasu) airmailing that snap over Glennon's head didn't help. Still, no excuse to throw your 1st TD as a Bear to the OTHER SIDE.....

Our much touted TE "depth" all had hands of stone. Same ole same ole there. Oh and Mike **** Martz is still a stupid bastard for getting rid of Olsen...

Having 2 seasons of Fox under out belt, we can expect any good looking rookies to not get any really meaningful playtime until 3-5 weeks in (a.k.a. Jordan Howard).  Still somewhat mystified that he is still head coach. Over half a decade of playoff irrelevance and counting......
