I thought Coors was the big sponsor. The thing abut Manning saying he was going to drink, Goodell banned NFL players from endorsing alcohol.

Rumor this morning is that Manning owns a couple of distributorships...

My take was Cam was to hyped up.  He was throwing high at the beginning of the game and throwing the ball so hard that his receivers were having a hell of a time catching it.  His receivers definitely did him no favors though.  The fumbles killed them.

IMHO Cam is too into himself. Everything is about me, Cam, I am the greatest. And look what happened? He tripped over his ego. Ooops.

I thought Peyton had a Coors endorsement at one time.

Agreed, Peke. I was saying during the game the nerves got to Newton. He wasn't smiling like he usually is and was very tight, throwing those high balls and putting too much on short throws. They showed shots of his face and at times his eyes were huge. That Denver D is incredible with its pass rush. They won't let Miller go, no way no how....sadly for us....

Budwieser is owned by a company in Belgium, and they don't own millers or coors.  Not even an American beer anymore.

InBev (owners of Bud) merged with SABMiller, so now they are all under one giant beer brewing conglomerate.

Correct, Budweiser bought out Miller. And I think they also own Coors but I could be mistaken

I think Miller bought Coors a few years back.

on the 30 for 30 about the 85 Bears I remember someone Fridge I think, standing in front of an OldStyle banner.  It must be me getting older, beer tasted better then. Like Dave said, now its all just so much ****. Some stronger than others, but still tasteless garbage with no effect.  I now know why old geezers like me end up on hard liquor.  Martini's especially dirty ones with Vodka to the brim no olives, are fantastic.

I forget the deal with Bud and Miller, it's not like when Miller and Coors merged. Remember, I get $7.50 cases of Coors (inside connection), no Bud (thank god)

Molson coors is a partner with sabmiller, which controls 58% of miller.  Molson Coors owns Coors.  Ambev owns Budwiser and want to buy Miller.
