I mean last year we only made it to the NLCS. Horrible year.

Bring the DH to the NL, please.

Remove the DH from the AL. please.

On the plus side, Chatwood gets his command dialed in and he could be the TORP in the rotation.

This is looking a lot like last season so far.

Do you think it's hangover?

I didn’t realize Chatwood was wearing #21.  I guess Sammy still has a ways to go before he and the Cubs can kiss and make up.

Looks like a good chance for rain in Cincinnati tonight.  I'll take a rainout.

Yeah, the Cubs would benefit from a day off. I'd even be for pushing the make up game off until sometime later in the season instead of making it up on the mutual off day tomorrow.

Heavy thunderstorms are moving through the area now.  It's highly unlikely that the game will start on time.

Missouri and Southern Illinois are under thunderstorm and tornado warnings, so Cincy can't be much better.

Nobody gives a rip about you, JR.  Go stand outside with a long steel rod.

There will be a delay but the Reds don't expect it to be very long.

Quote from: ESPN
Cubs star Anthony Rizzo is hitting .130 this season, and the rest of his team isn't doing much better. Chicago has been shut out in its last two games, and managed only one run in a 17-inning loss to Miami over the weekend. Kris Bryant and the Cubs will try to break out the bats in Cincinnati when they face 24-year-old Cody Reed, who's 1-8 in his big league career.

Well it might not be much longer before he's 2-8 in his career the way we're hitting.
