Not much to take away from this one.  Not much in the way of egregious mistakes, just a team that looked like they didn't really want to be out there.  I would have felt the same way.

That away.  Every single game is going to be lackluster and pitiful — home opener and all the players are shivering from the cold and can’t beat the Pirates.  I predict a sweep.  David Ross should go back to announcing with his girl friend Jes, that’s where he belongs, in the booth.  Nico Hoerner should have been starting at second base and there’s no excuse otherwise.

I think 2021 Theo would say there was too much dead time and not a lot of aesthetically pleasing baseball today.
