If they don't get everything they can for everyone they can the whole front office needs to go.
The issue is that a lot of these guys probably have minimal trade value now, especially in an era where prospects are overvalued. Kimbrel is the biggest lure, because not only is he the best closer in baseball right now but he can be retained for next season (wouldn't appeal to Oakland, but maybe HOU, ATL or BOS). Chafin should get you one decent B prospect. But Bryant, Rizzo, Baez? All rentals, and apart from Bryant all having mediocre seasons. I'm not convinced any of them would bring back much.
Ross is sort of the elephant in the room. He looks like he's in over his head, but with the team unlikely to contend for 2-3 seasons minimum that's probably not an urgent matter. The question is whether Ross is a guy you want in charge when you're trying to break in a group of young players (though we don't have many of those either, not that would be ready next season anyway).
