Cubs have been terrible with runners on third with less than 2 outs tonight. That's a multi-year theme for them.

This is not a good team, and it's not helping that Bryant, Rizzo, and Baez are all in slumps.

The least amount of runs the Cubs have given up in a loss is 4 runs.

Cubs starters have a 6.52 ERA and a 7.63 RA/9. They are averaging 4 1/3 IP per start. The pitching sucks.

Bullpen up to 15.2 scoreless innings.

I truly expected our SP to be good and our offense and bullpen to suck but what do I know?

For his whole career against RHP.

Baez isn't especially in a slump - he has 4 HRs and his OPS is in the mid 800's.  But it only made sense we weren't going to sustain the offensive output we had for the first week.
