CUBS WIN!!!

That game felt like the Cubs should've won easily, and also felt like they really deserved to lose.

Baez’ DP turns tonight were spectacular.

Was at tonight's game.  I still can't believe they pitched to Schwarber in the 8th with Almora on deck.  Right after Servais went out to the mound for a meeting.  I'd love to know what was said in that discussion.

Good morning, thanks for bringing home the win, friends!  Heh heh, went to bed up 4-3, but knowing Hamels was shaky and that they'd have four more innings to cover.  Pretty fun to turn on the screen and see the win.  Also very nice to see Schwarber get to be a late-inning hero.  After his historically bad late-and-clutch statistics last year, it's got to feel good for him.  Nice win!

Cishek was pumped up more than I've ever seen him after that called strike three to Jay Bruce to close out the win. Cubs take it 6-5, they're 15-12 and haven't lost a series since they were in Milwaukee over three weeks ago.

It may have been a messy victory, but it was a victory. I think the Cubs have given us quite a bit to be happy about in recent weeks.
