Bote's long term contract is starting to look rather good.

And I am starting to be glad that Heyward didn't opt out of his contract when he had the chance.  Does he get another one in future years?

I'm pretty sure Heyward has another opt out after this year. Unless he finishes it with his current MVP-like numbers, I can't imagine he'll actually take it.
