In some defense of Darvish, it has been a really tough day to pitch, so getting 7 innings with the lead isn't all bad.  He hasn't been totally brilliant.  That Puig homer would have been demolished even if the wind was blowing 50 mph in, and giving up a near cycle to Tucker Barnhart when he was hitting .175 coming in or something like that isn't good.

Still, Darvish is probably on his way to being a productive pitcher for us if he keeps having 7 IP games with 2 BB's allowed.  It's three pretty acceptable starts in a row for him, so hopefully he's on the right track.
