I'm not nearly as frustrated with a bad Bears team doing this but this was a GOOD team that went 12-4 last season and now? 4-12?? They sure as hell are playing like it! Should this put Nagy on a very hot seat?? I sure think so and Pace as well!  >:(

Just don’t waste a pick on trading for another QB...it won’t make any difference...

Well that was the season right there.  They were in such a hole behind the Fudge Pack and Vikes, just forget about it.  I am numb and dont really care right now.  Turdbisky can catch the next box car out of town.  INT and FUMBLE in the 4th, seriously?  And why did genius Nagy go away from the run, that worked SOOOOO well to start the 3rd???  He can go too.  I guess there is always the draft and next year.  Now I know how it feels to be a Cubs fan.

Oh, and who on that last SD TD covered the WR and dragged him into the endzone?  Yep Roquan.  Cant wait to see the tape never lies on this game.  Massie, you can hitch a ride with Mitch and Nagy.

Pretty low bar to suggest the run worked today. On the 37 carries outside of Montgomery's 55-yard burst, the Bears averaged 2.9 per attempt.

Season is over.. WTF? I really thought we would contend for the division.. This is terrible! Why when there is urgency Mitch seems to play better, start of the game he looks confused.. Unreal..

Pace should be trying to trade players for draft picks.  Tarik Cohen please, along with Leonard Floyd, Trey Burton, maybe Nagy and Mitch.  Seriously I would start dumping people if I was Pace, try and get some extra draft picks, cause we are going to need all the help we can get.  Just suucks that we now have nothing to play for and our franchise qb is a piece of shiit.  That overthow of Gabriel that should have been a td, come on man, no excuse.  Turdbisky needs to go, asap.

The Bears ran 35 more plays, had 15 more first downs, possessed the ball 16 more minutes, and still lost.

We had a sliver of a chance at the second wild card spot before today.  Now we are doomed to a crappy draft pick in the middle, no first round pick.  The only thing we MIGHT have going for us is to play spoiler to GB or MN in our second games.  I hate playing spoiler.

Forgot the Bears don't have a first-round pick again. So all the losing will be for nothing.

They have 2 second rounders.

The mocks so far have Jake Fromm there for us.

He seems to have the qualities Mitch lacks.

My thoughts on the game:

Coward was bad.  Multiple penalties and missed assignments.  I hope Larsen is healthy or Bars is ready.

Mitch looked like an NFL quality quarterback.  Not a good one, but he was adequate.  He can't throw the deep ball, he'll never be a decent starter until he can.  His decision making was better and he didn't look like he was playing scared.  My fear is that now that the high expectations are gone he'll play just well enough to convince Pace and Nagy that they should give him another year.

Massie got beat when it counted.  They need to start looking for his and Leno's replacement next year.

Coverage wasn't good.  Pass rush wasn't good.  Chargers recievers helped the bears out with some timely drops.

Bears might get a 4th round pick by cutting Davis.  Time to make that move.

yes, if we save a draft pick cut Davis.

Bears got 1 sack today. Pass rush has evaporated.

looking at the highlights I noticed one play - a handoff to Cohan where he was hit almost before he got the ball. Reviewing the play it looked like Whitehair didn't know what the play was & Leno just decided to take the play off. Really weird.

Thought the biggest play was the Trubisky fumble, looked like he just dropped the ball without being hit.

Not having a TE hurts. Not having a fullback hurts the short yardage plays.
