Jason La Canfora saying CB Kyle Fuller won't be returning to the #Bears next year, which means you can count on the exact opposite happening.

There's a conflict there.

If the Bears want him bad enough he will be back...franchise his a$$.  But that means Bears will still have to focus on CBs in the next 2 drafts/free agency periods.

The question there doesnt seem to be an answer to, are the Bears even trying to negotiate a new deal with Fuller?

Interesting. Thought he was retired for good:

Here's hoping our new staff gets a handle on the injury bug......

This guy might be just what the Bears need:

He is likely going to get a first round tender.

I would expect Dallas to tag him. But he has the size to play 3/4 DE.

I dont know what to make of this. I cant say I agree with it because I have no respect for the author.

http://www.espn.com/blog/chicago-bears/post/_/id/4707730/jimmy-graham-trey-burton-potential-te-upgrades-for-bears-in-free-agency

But depending on what they do with Sims I could see a definite upgrade needed. I have no respect for Graham anymore.

From what I hear in Dallas Irving is expected to get a 2nd round tender.  Odd that the author didn't mention this in his article.  Cowboys aren't going to sign him long term...this year.  So if the Cowboys don't match a Bears offer he could be had for the 39th pick in the draft.   He's a young tall pass rushing DT but I do agree with the article that he could project to a 3-4 DE.

He would start for the Bears, no question.

But do you give up the 39th pick for a position that's OK depth-wise when you have so many pressing needs at other positions?

I think the 2nd round tender is smoke. I think they will give him a 1st round tender. esp after seeing how Eagles D-line dominated. Cowboys will copy.
