There's a little bit of difference in trading to #2 when you have the 3rd pick vs the 20th pick.

But based on what I've heard talked about for what it would take to get Wilson/Watson its probably along the same lines.   Big difference is a #2 pick probably doesn't effect the cap as much as one of the veteran QBs.
