Taking Carter at any pick less than the 5th round (which won't happen), will be a risk. The NFL is tough and cruel, the fans are cruel. If he indeed is suffering from mental issues, it could go either way once he hits the NFL. At the same time, every pick comes with risk. If he's available at 9 and the Bears pass, I will understand why. If they have the opportunity and do draft him, big risk, but may pay dividends..
