PFF's is probably the most realistic, but, for that very reason, I find myself often getting stiffed for the better players.  Blah.

This one's my favorite.  It's a good blend of reality and fun.

Pickens is one of my favorite D-line targets, but, on PFF, I either have to overdraft him or I lose him at the end of the 3rd round.

I've never done one of these - so I gave it a shot.  What fun!   I can't believe all the trade requests....I ended up with 5 or 6 second rounder.   (I never met a trade I didn't like).

I just did one at Jeff’s site that had both Stroud and Young available for me at 9…with no trade offers…

An important aspect to remember is not what we do in the draft ... but what the other guy does.

 If Deeeeeeeeetroit takes Jalen Carter

No OL prospect we draft in the first is going to be able to contain him.

So fuuck it and move past him (literally) with the best RB in the draft if he falls to us.

BTW ... we do not have a crowded backfield with Herbert and Foreman.

What's the best RB in the draft again ?

This may not be true if Carter is a slacker **** playing with his **** in the locker room bathroom before a game.

If he's a piece of **** who doesn't care about the game, he'll get his ass handed to him no matter how talented he is.

Do you know that to be a fact if Deeeeetroit drafts him ?

If they draft him it changes everything with our draft pick.

We cant draft a brute to block him but we can draft a RB to run past him ...

assuming things turn out as expected.

Then again Carter could be a terminator on that line....it's a big assumption that he's simply going to fold up and fly away....

I drove my DeLorean back to 2017 with my 2023 sports almanac in tow and drafted Mahomes, T.J. Watt, a two headed monster RB committee, and one future superstar named DeMarcus Walker.  I kinda regret drafting Samuel over Kittle, but nobody's perfect...

I like this draft, but I'd be leaning toward trading down the #9 pick and getting one of the other tackles - maybe in the teens (Broderick Jones or Anton Harrison etc).

Then upgrading our 2nd rounder (#53) to near the top of R2 to get a shot at a better d-lineman.

The WR and HB taken in R3 and R4 are good players but may not see the field in 2023.  Get another d-lineman or even a CB.

If you were in charge, what would you prioritize early in the draft?

OL?
DL?
Other?

OL tackle.  Have to protect the franchise.

Good answer.  I agree.  I'd go OL for our first two picks.  DL is much deeper in the draft.
