I taped the game and will FF thru anything I dont want to watch.  May just do the same with the Bears game, at least the first 10 minutes or so.  Problem solved.  I tried to watch some of the pregame stuff last night and had to turn it off immediately.

NFL should take notice.  Fans are not happy!

They won't take notice cause there are still enough fans that would rather support BLM by watching the games rather than take a stand for our country. That would be the first thing. Secondly, they'll blame it all on something else, corona etc..

If the NFL was standing behind this country they would have "blue lives matter" as well as their "racial equality" symbols.. Police officers are leaving for work everyday with a big bullseye on their back.. People are turning a blind eye to this...

This is what the NFL is supporting and feeding into.. Just as you guys are doing the same by supporting the NFL..

Taking a stand for our country is to support racial justice.

Taking a stand for our country is to support racial justice.

We support justice, actual justice. when you put a modifying adjective in front of a word you change the meaning of the word. Actual justice doesn't depend on skin color or group identity, social justice does. They are completely different things.

What a typical response form a old white guy with his sense of privilege firmly intact. Justice in this country has historically been based on skin color and ability to pay for it.

Present day calls for social justice are to put the blinders on the people who hold the justice scales.

"Old White Guy", you mean like Biden? The party of diversity and that's the best they could come up with... I get it, they made up for it with the "African American" VP nominee... What a joke!

Dem party has kept the black people down. They like keeping them in the projects in the cities. You know, the Dem controlled cities. When I say keep 'em down, I'm talking keep 'em poor... You know, so they need handouts... In exchange for votes..

When will your so called assessments of reality, actually be a reality.

The Democratic Party just twice elected an African-American president. We currently have a mixed race VP candidate. This all the while the privilege party as been alt-white.

If you don’t like racial unity messages, stop watching all sports that aren’t alt-white. You can watch biker clicks eat hotdogs hung from strings while on a Harley....

Otter - You can take your stereotype of bikers being "alt-white" and shove them up your racist arse...

There are plenty of Black bikers and even an annual Black Bike Week celebration in Myrtle Beach SC every year.

http://www.blackbikeweek.us/

But none of this has anything to do with Around the NFL so move it over to the politics thread.

I don't think many people would disagree there's racism.

It's really pretty universal among all races.

I also don't disagree with athletes working to increase awareness and work to end racism.

It's just how that's expressed and when that's the problem.
