You can also buy a VPN subscription and "trick" NFL+ to think you're in the Chicagoland area.

Excellent suggestion, here is a great VPN service at a decent price imo.

https://nordvpn.com/

2 years for 89 dollars.

People seem to think this won’t be an option anymore…supposedly Google is good at catching this.

Other comments mentioned both the Canadian and European versions of the Ticket…again, not sure if your IP has to correspond to each country’s IP range, or if you need an overseas address on your credit card, or whatever…

And then, of course, there are several pirate streams…

I think Jeff means use a US based VPN, and a node based in the US that is outside your market.  Google currently cant figure it out, when I use my VPN i am often asked if i just logged in from Arizona/NM/Cali/Alaska.... and i say yes and it lets me into my email and other services. If they knew it was VPN masking they wouldn't bother with the same questions, they would just let me in. It will be an interesting experiment, and I'll  likely try it and report back.

Yeah, I just went back and looked, and I misread Jeff’s post…I was on a Teams call at the same time, so I’ll blame that…

So curious, my wife and I are fans of different teams.  She's a Buc's fan, and often we are watching at different locations.  We have some property that I have set up, has its own wifi... would I need two subscriptions?  One for home and one for the other property or will the single sign in to Youtube allow us both access?  We only had one directv subscription, and I just take a box with me when I have watched games.

NFL+ website says 9.99 to reply all games for the season.

I think you need the premium to replay games as I recall.

Isn't that a month?

It says watch full and condensed replays $9.99/season.

I didn’t read everything to see if there’s a catch so I’m taking anyone’s word for it.

I think YouTube TV base plan has 6 household accounts and supports 3 simultaneous streams.  Unlimited simultaneous streams with premium plans.  It is web-based so you can watch from anywhere they claim.  Oh and unlimited DVR cloud based and every account (6 per household)gets their own library.

YouTube TV works anywhere you have internet access in the US, with live TV offered in markets where YouTube TV is available. Your access to local networks will vary depending on which zip code you're in. Sign in from home at least once every 3 months to keep your account active. You won’t be able to access any programs on YouTube TV, live or recorded, while traveling internationally.

If you’d like to watch YouTube TV while traveling without internet access, our 4K Plus add-on allows you to save recordings from your Library to your phone or tablet so you can watch offline (some device and content restrictions apply).

The only thing keeping me from ditching DTV now is that for some reason I am still getting Marquee and all the cubs games for free without the MLB package.  :)

I get the MLB package for free with my T-mobile. I get Hulu free as well. I've been streaming for years. You should be able to watch the same content anywhere in the country that you get at home.. We have a place at the beach, we watch all the same stuff there as we do at home, no extra money. Been years later and I'm still doing the snoopy dance over getting rid of Direct-TV..

Doesn't it stand to reason that the NFL was making gobs of money before there was cable , satellite , internet ?

So why are we paying money for any of it ?

Wasn't that what commercials were all about to keep the airwaves free ?

Except now you still have commercials but are paying for them.

 GOTCHA !!  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
