I know, if I'm not mistaken, they were up 24 to nothing, and lost... WTF.. I told my wife, typical Lovie team..

My wife is a Bucs fan.  We watched them blow the lead, but only to be up by 3 points, the ball inside Washington's 10 yard line and they have just gotten stuffed on 3rd down.  The commentators start saying it looks like Smith is leaving them in on 4th down, and I said finally Lovie has learned.  2:40 left to go and they are going to go for it on 4th down, up by 3.  Then Lovie changes his mind to kick the FG.  I told my wife they are going to regret that decision.  Too much time on the clock and now you are forcing Washington to be aggressive and push the ball down the field.

In that situation, I would rather go for it on 4th down, and if you get the touchdown great, if you get stopped you have Washington starting  inside their own 10 with 2 minutes to go.  They will likely play it more conservatively going for the tie.  Sure enough, they kick the FG and then watch the Redskins drive right down the field and score with 24 seconds to go.  I was almost "Bears" pissed off at that result.  I knew it was going to happen.

If I was up by 1 or 2 points, I would have kicked, but to be up 3 and a TD can still beat you.  Just a poor call.
