"TRADING FUTURE DRAFT PICKS
Commissioners now have the option to allow team owners to trade future draft picks up to three years
in advance. For Dynasty and Keeper Leagues, this can add a new strategic element that makes things
awfully interesting at the trade deadline - do you want to build a squad for the future or win now?
Commissioners can go to the Transaction Settings Commissioner Tool to
activate this new option."
