Yes you can.  Just go to the site and check off the three you want to keep.  Don't forget to set your lineup just like you would do every week or they will not be saved.  You can change them anytime you like.  Just don't forget to set the lineup.  You can make changes until the timer expires on the home page for keepers to be set.
