Even if he re-signs with the Packers it would be as the highest paid QB in the league.
Plus technically he would have to go through waivers. He would be a Brown more then likely.
But it isn't happening. The other teams will complain and the Packers will say he aggravated his hamstring or some BS and there will be no way to prove they are lying.
