This may not offend others as much as it does me, but a Federal Court Judge ordering a State's Secretary of State to take law courses in an activist ruling which did not put the Secretary of State's legal education at issue, is WAY, WAY over the line.  Judge Julie Robinson, a Bush the younger appointment, should be impeached and removed for her violation of the separation of powers doctrine, her judicial activism and her violation of the most basic concepts of federalism.  While none of those may violate any criminal code, I would certainly support including them in the definition of "high crimes and misdemeanors."  She not only denied the state of Kansas its appropriate role in determining voter eligibility, she also ordered the Kansas Secretary of State to attend continuing legal education classes when the Secretary of State's continuing legal education or law license were in no way even at issue.

This sort of **** REALLY needs to stop, and perhaps impeachment and removal of a few overly activist judges might help stop it.
