If he had actually been white the severe charges do not get dropped.  They would probably have added charges.  So much for white privilege.

IF you want to change and NOT be lazy, you can read the transcripts provided by Roger Parloff or Brandi Buchman.

Hopefully they’ll cover the 3%er trial, too.

I am not excusing anything.  He was an illegal immigrant from India with mental problems.  If the facts showed he should be charged the way he was why were they dropped?  If they didn't why was he charged with them in the first place?  Why was the flag laid out for the MSM to get a picture of it?  Wouldn't it have been evidence that should have been bagged and entered into evidence instead of laid out on the street?

Also being in possession of a nazi flag is stupid but it isn't a crime.  If being stupid was a crime you would get the death penalty.
