The problem you have here is that the known distance of 400 yards to the Mandalay Bay is accurate to the sound of the rounds hitting the ground per the forensic analysis done by the individual on the video Peke posted. So if that were correct, one could assume that the other would be as well-the 215 yard range. The individual that beforehand said 'you're all surrounded and are going to die today' right before the shooting is also a highly unlikely 'coincidence'. Yes, you had someone say that before at a concert you were at etc etc, but there was nothing following that that also confirmed what the individual said. Personally, I've been to several concerts and never once have heard anything of the sort mentioned. It's not a common occurrence to be told 'hi, you're all dying today!'.
