It was some crazy dude who wanted to be arrested and didn't even know there were ballots in it. Guessing he was homeless looking for a bed and some free meals (bidenomics). The problem is ballot drop boxes and using mail in ballots in USPS drop boxes aren't secure, you fvcking retard!
