And is my memory bad, or didn't we have a time a while back when otto used to defend Hillary as not having committed any crime because she had not been convicted of anything, while arguing these folks were guilty because there was talk of charging them?  http://www.weeklystandard.com/court-dismisses-charges-against-pro-life-activists-for-now/article/2008612

Even in famously abortion-friendly California there is justice for abortion foes. On June 21, the San Francisco County Superior Court threw out 14 of the 15 felony counts that California Attorney General Xavier Becerra had brought against David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt, the anti-abortion activists who had made widely circulated undercover videos of Planned Parenthood officials haggling and joking over the compensation they expected to receive for supplying the organs of fetuses aborted at Planned Parenthood clinics to for-profit “tissue-procurement” companies.

This should also make Trump supporters happy.... even if he has completely missed the date when he promised construction would be underway on the much ballyhooed wall... http://www.latimes.com/politics/washington/la-na-essential-washington-updates-number-of-refugees-admitted-to-u-s-1498249611-htmlstory.html
Number of refugees admitted to U.S. drops by almost half
The data suggest that the Obama administration, as it was about to turn over power to Trump, significantly stepped up the number of refugees admitted. Arrivals in its final three months reflected an 86% year-over-year increase compared to the same period the previous year.

In Trump's first three months, arrivals were 12% lower than for the same period in the previous year.

I've said for some time now that everyone should have "skin in the game". There shouldn't be free rides. Anyone that is not severely disabled should in some way contribute. As I said yesterday, we need people working good paying jobs so they are contributing to the system rather than draining our resources.

It is a proven fact that people shop around for prices when they are paying out of pocket.  Insurance takes that aspect out of it.  Which drives prices up not down.

To combat that insurance companies offer better coverage for doctors in their "plan".  Which just means those doctors and hospitals have offered the insurance company cheaper prices.  It would still be cheaper if you could negotiate yourself paying cash.  In fact due to Obamacare being so awful quite a few doctors opted out and started taking only cash from patients.  It is way cheaper.

http://money.cnn.com/2013/06/11/news/economy/cash-only-doctors/index.html

With the fantastic increase in medical costs over the past 20 years, there are two areas of medicine that have declined greatly in price.  Plastic surgery and laser surgery for eyesight.  What do they have in common?  They are both self pay medical procedures.  Each have declined more than 50 percent in the past two decades.

The system is set up to make blind people think they see everything, while that top, less than one percent vacuums the value out of their paychecks, lives and souls.  They want us hating each other.  They want us to think we're sick, when we're not.  Take pills everyday, forever.  They want us eating horrible, over-processed food that I wouldn't give my dog.  They want us stupid... regurgitating sound bites and tweets and not thinking for ourselves.  They want us to think that saying "Obama sucks," is questioning authority, when it is actually getting into line as quick as possible for the invisible masters.  These are cold blooded sociopaths....pulling the puppet strings of "free thinkers" everywhere.  They have honed their skills to the sharpest, razor thin point.  Pull off the blinders and take a look at the sociopathy at what some of you write or repost. The secret center of every message from the "masters" is ALWAYS meant to keep us apart, keep us from coming together, keeping us hating each other....if we were together they couldn't steal from us as easily.

Yes...there should be government jobs, like building bridges, roads, libraries, schools.  Taking care of the parks, etc.  Reasonable jobs where people are treated with respect and would actually want to show up and might lift them up and change their lives.  Imagine a nation that is a reflection of the best of humanity.   Why don't we want this?  Because we're told we can't afford it and we believe it.

There are always going to be killers, rapists, etc.  Its part of the human condition.  And there are always going to be selfish, "powerful" people who want it all for themselves and will manipulate the system at any cost...lives, blood.  Its on us that we let it happen and even do their bidding for them.  We deserve everything that is coming if we don't wake up.

For example:  I was a scientific researcher for years and years and years.  Scientists were warning of a hole forming in the ozone layer in 1986 when I started taking Chemical and Engineering News.  Global Warming, blah, blah blah.  The "masters" have us thinking we're not hurting the planet.  And that "scientists" are not to be trusted.  The whole thing with science is to squeeze your emotions, politics, etc away and leave only hard evidence.  The same science that produces the **** for your erections is the same science that figured out we were hurting the planet.

But they have it wrong.  The planet will be here forever, its been here since the beginning of time.  If the world has been here a day, mankind has been here a few seconds.  The same science that makes your computers faster and faster and TVs' thinner and brighter figured that out.

Now the world, a few seconds later, when we are gone, do you think it will care?

Addled Buffoon

Stelz' post was a better offering of a vision of society than your "greedy self interest society" that somehow will work (in our history no advanced society ever considered) crap that you advocate.

Like ATTENTION RELIGIOUS FANATIC's immediate responses to all perceived things christian, you protest too much.

The fact that you have no respect for the opinions of others, and therefore by extension, no respect for yourself... is a reflection of the sociopath of our society.  The greedy self interest theory of modern economics is a reflection of the sociopathy of our society.  The most crystalline expression of that sociopathy is of course Trump.

The soul is not "born" greedy.  It gets separated from the body by the world to varying degrees depending on the family, the neighborhood, the city and on and on up to the country and the world.  Dont confuse any of what I am saying with religion.

Don't worry there.  I also won't confuse any of what you are saying with sense.

It's interesting....Jes, you don't seem to be capable of posting anything that doesn't illustrate my point....
