Because the US Constitution doesn't set the number of justices on the court. The US Constitution leaves that to the Senate.

So a strict constitutionalist would do...

Republicans have the majority in the Senate and will likely gain more seats due to Democrat riots.  Maybe the Republicans should add more judges for President Trump to fill with judges that are constitutionalists instead of Marxist that Democrats want.

If they did that Democrats would say it is wrong.  The left knows no hypocrisy until the Right does what the left has already done...

By the way the left should be called the wrong. As in we are right and you are wrong you marxist pieces of ****!

Sure cultboy peke

Just like you were in 2018 that the House would stay red.

You're so deep in the stupidity, that your nose can't smell the shitt anymore. If the election was held today trump would lose the electoral college vote 353-185. The Senate would flip to 51 or 52 Dem and the House is way out of reach. Senator Mcturtle knows it. Mcturtle also knows that Mark Kelly is going to beat Arizona's appointed senator mcsally in a special election and will be seated before the new congress starts in 1/3/2021. Both Collins in Maine and Murkowski in Alaska have said the new president should decide.

That is why your idiotic party of trump is pushing hard to install a judge before Nov 3rd.

By the way you said it would be a sweep.  Senate also.  Didn't happen and that was what was more important.  That is where judges are confirmed!

Your not normal when it comes to political position. You’re far far right on the fringe of reality.

My senate prediction in 2018 was that the Democratic Party would hold all the seats in a election which favored republics. They wound up losing one seat.

My 2018 House prediction was Dems +36, they won 42.

If my current prediction of 353-185 in the 2020 is far out of line...why does it match the right leaning RCP map?

It’s you who thinks trump will win in a landslide and that makes you out of touch.

No I am not.  I am pretty much center to center right.  I never moved at all politically.  The Democrats and the Republicans kept moving left.  JFK would be a Republican today and he would be hated by the left.  They would hate him the way they hate Ted Cruz.

There really is a landslide coming.  I had a few beers with my neighbor last night.  We haven't really talked in years as we have different work schedules.  Anyway he couldn't stand Trump so didn't vote for him in 2016.  He is a HUGE Trump fan now.  I keep hearing the same thing over and over and over.  President Trump has not lost his base.  However a LOT of people who did not vote for him in 2016 are now big fans due to how his policies affected their lives.

Get ready for it Otto because this is going to be even bigger then 2016.  He will win the popular and the electoral vote.  Won't be close.

You have no idea how many people are pissed off at the Democrats for the way they have ruled during this Covid BS.  People are sick and tired of being told what they can and can't do.  They will take it out on the Democrats on November 3rd.  You sir are on the wrong side of history.

Don't do anything stupid and your life will get better afterwards just like the rest of ours will.

I keep hearing big things happening this week.  Possibly we finally hear from Durham.  It will be devestating!
