Pekin, you're wrong. All the evidence proved the officers did knock & announce themselves. This no knock BS was always a lie. The guy who shot the cop admitted this in a recorded jail phone call.

My understanding is they had a no-knock warrant.  However I have heard different stories of if they knocked or not.  They can knock even if they have a no-knock warrant.  My guess is they knocked announced they were police then bashed the door in.  If you have proof otherwise I would love to see it.  Not doubting you or being a smart ass I would like to have that evidence.

I said there was a witness that they did announce they were police.

However if someone is coming into your apartment at 3 AM screaming they are police and you are not a criminal you might not believe them.  Especially if you know your girlfriends ex is a drug dealer.

I had this happen to me when I was a lot younger.  We just got married and bought our first house.

On Superbowl Sunday  me and a friend were watching the game when there was a very aggressive knock on the door.  I started to open the door and several police rushed in with another going through the house and letting another police officer in the back door.  It was quite alarming.

Now keep in mind we were awake and fully alert and sitting right next to the door.  We were not in a dead sleep in our bedroom and the lights were on.  They were uniformed officers and they were pretty rude asking for ID until they were able to run the ID's.  After that they were pretty cool.  Asked us if we knew the guy they had a warrant for.  And it was the guy we bought the house from.

I am just saying I can see why the guy may have fired on them with out having all of the details.  There is no need to go in at 3 AM.  I also doubt they knocked and waited for someone to open the door.  My guess is it was a knock, "POLICE"  then door bash.

Again if you have proof otherwise I would love to see it.

Who didn't see this coming? As the evidence comes out OF COURSE the Fake News Media is going to spin it by saying "By jove, all this money changing hands was PERFECTLY LEGAL!"

Sure it was.

Let me just ask one question, if I may?

When did Hunter Biden file under FARA? 🤔

Actually Hannity just reported it the way I said it.  They knocked announced they were police then bashed the door in while the couple was still in the bedroom.

The boyfriend came out shooting as they entered the apartment.  This being the new boyfriend who was not a drug dealer.  No drugs were found in the apartment.

https://thefederalist.com/2020/06/24/explosive-new-fbi-notes-confirm-obama-directed-anti-flynn-operation/

Newly released notes confirm President Barack Obama’s key role in surveillance and leak operation against Michael Flynn, the incoming Trump administration national security adviser. The handwritten notes, which were first disclosed in a federal court filing made by the Department of Justice on Tuesday, show President Obama himself personally directed former FBI Director James Comey and former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates to investigate Flynn for having routine phone calls with a Russian counterpart. He also suggests they withhold information from President Trump and his key national security figures.

The handwritten notes from fired former FBI agent Peter Strzok appear to describe a Jan. 5, 2017, Oval Office meeting between Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, Comey, Yates, and then-national security adviser Susan Rice. The meeting and its substance were confirmed in a bizarre Inauguration Day email Rice wrote to herself.

The police reportedly were working with a 2 month old warrant that probably should have been verified before the search.  A LA PD detective said they usually stake out the location for a couple of days and detain the suspects outside rather than risk other residents.

Breonna Taylor was shot because she was standing next to her boyfriend in the hallway when he fired at the police.

I suspect the story will become clear soon.

Saw what Hannity said & was pissed he didn't do the research. Cops said they knocked and announced, neighbors confirmed, shooter in home was recorded on jail phone that they (the cops) were knocking. Cop shot in leg - hit in femoral artery, so easily could have been fatal - before they returned fire. Cops conducted surveillance for months, no question apartment used for dealing, recorded conversations also show she was "holding" drug profits for dealer.

This case is far different from last years Houston's Harding Street raid where cops did use a no knock warrant, shot & killed a dog, a woman and a man. The cops there used a warrant based upon a perjured false affidavit of a dirty cop. It never became a national story because the 2 indicted dirty cops were black, the victims white.

Did you know Bri Taylor rented a car for her drug dealer boyfriend & it was found with a body in the trunk?

The leaked report:

There was nothing racist about this tragedy.

The only thing you find tragic about this whole thing is the number of bullets that missed their mark.  Only 50% of the back people in that home were killed. What a missed opportunity to make the world a little whiter.

Under the category of play stupid games...  win stupid prizes...

Quote
Videos posted on social media showed protesters surrounding the unidentified driver's vehicle, some pressing on the hood to block its path when the car accelerated through the crowd and knocked at least one person to the side of the road.

Denver police reported no injuries stemming from the incident. Others avoided the vehicle's path and some were seen chasing after the vehicle.

“I was kind of going up on the hood and I was like, ‘No, I’m not doing this,’ and I rolled over to the side,” a woman who identified herself as Kate told the Denver Post. “He wasn’t gonna stop even though I was, like, on his hood.”

OK.  You are with a MOB surrounding an innocent citizen's car banging on it with rage and trying to climb on the hood, on a night when it was already reported that other violent MOBS have shot two law enforcement officers....

WTF did you think was going to happen?

Cletus likes to talk to himself, and normally that wouldn't be that bad.  Even the fact that he lies to himself isn't that weird.  But the fact that he seems to believe the lies he tells to himself does make him a little unstable.

What do we have here, a nut, or a pathological liar?
