Jackie, you da man.  When I was a college student at NIU in the 80s I used to go to a bar called Andys Tap.  They had a band called the DeKalb Footstompers, who had a guy who played tuba, another guy on banjo, a drummer and a guitar player.  We used to request this song, and they nailed it, and we would be banging our beer bottles in time with the drummer on the bar or counter.  Then they would play when the saints go marching in and everyone would follow the band outside and down the street.  Ah the good old days.

Isn't it amazing how music can bring back strong memories.  Smells do the same like a pot of spaghetti sauce cooking.

Yes, smells.  There are smells from a certain time of year that drive me nuts because I can't quite pull up the memory (it there is one) from the trigger.  It's an odd sensation.

For me, it's music. Nothing can trigger all sorts of memories for me like music. Smells, not so much. It happens but much more infrequently.
