Coming out of a store a little while ago I had to wait for a SUV Ev With its whistle sounding engine.

Right after that. Mustang GT went by with its deep growl, the sound of power.

I realized that in my lifetime there’ll come a day when you won’t hear that growling engine anymore.

Wanna bet?  The EV's are dying.  They have their uses in big cities but not in middle America where you have to travel large distances. 

It went from the automakers saying they are coming and there is nothing you can do about it to shutting down production of them and closing factories.  Maybe someday but the technology just isn't there yet.  I actually think Hydrogen is the future but again that is a long ways away from taking over.
