Yes that is Billy Sheehan.


Coverdale is getting up there in age.  I think he does pretty well for how old he is though.

These guys are awesome.  They are the original Dio band minus RJD of course who passed away.  Vivian Campbell, Vinny Appice, Jimmy Bain and Claude Schnell.   Jimmy Bain died recently and they replaced him with Phil Soussan.  Andrew Freeman is no Ronnie James Dio but he can sing.

Vinny Appice has always been one of my favorite drummers.  Always in the pocket, adding to the music but not overpowering, not to flashy but always adding tasty fills.

Keith and Patrick, the guitarist and bass player, are buddies of mine from school...

They're playing a show in Chicago here in the next month or two...I think it's a place called Reggie's?
