Deondre Swift - rookie RB from UGA - it was a beautiful pass considering down, distance and time remaining - but the Bears have also had their share of devastating drops - it happens

Just saw a LOL comment in the POD about "dagger time."

 sokoll98:
"Somone forgot to tell them...you are supposed to stick the metaphorical dagger in your opponent...not your fans

Ooof :D

This win feels like the Megatron win.

Patricia and Swift are co-MVPs for the Bears.

Pace needs to get on the phone with Snacks Harrison immediately.

It sucks when all 3 of your pass rush studs are hurt before the 1st game even started.

Yes and Yes. No pass rush, couldn't stop the run, people hurt BEFORE they start to play, this is another I love Lucy rerun season. Seen it a million times, no change. Bears we all know should have lost. Feel bad for the kid who had the td and dropped it. Note that two bear defenders were 3 steps behind him. It's just not worth the time to watch a full game, pay for a full game, being told I'm bad because I'm old and white. It's been 35 years since the Bears won the sb, I'll have to be content with that. Too much has changed.

Bars was the only backup ol to get a play on offense yesterday.  He came in when Daniels shoe fell off.

Kreutz was raving about Daniels' play yesterday on the Football Aftershow...

I thought the Oline did pretty good overall - they gave up the one sack.  No holds - no offsides that I can recall.

All 3 running backs over 4 ypc.

But it was the Lions in a quiet dome - we'll see what happens next week against the Giants.

We let Adrian Peterson gash us.  I foresee Saquan Barkley having a field day.

Ain't there a guy out there from the Lions who said he's not going back? Not enough beef up front.
