Game on Saturday, no Kamara, even if he’s clean he can’t come back ‘till Sunday.

Game is scheduled for Sunday.

Wasnt he supposed to be the  real deal when he left the Bears for Miami?

Big play of the day was not converting on 4th down in the 4th quarter when it was 21 - 16. Terrible play call on 4th and less than one.

Duke Shelly still sucks.

Poor tackling on the defense. Bears need a backup MLB.

I reviewed the highlights & it seems to me Kmet was on his butt when he fumbled. Another big play.

I wish Trubisky could be a more accurate deep ball thrower.  He never throws the receiver open.  They always have to adjust to the ball.

If you look at the top QB's Brady, Rodgers and Mahomes they throw it out to the open spot with some arc and the receiver runs to it.  With Trubisky they have to make a circus catch to have a shot more often then not.

This is the one thing Foles did well.  If you took the best of both QB's and mixed them you would actually have a good QB.

Kurt Warner talked about that before on NFLN - said Josh McCown had to teach him to "Throw the receivers' open" in Arizona.
Warner was spoiled with the receivers in St Louis always getting separation when he was there

They were going to get their butts kicked either way. Not sure the Cards did the Bears a favor as now it will probably be two weeks in a row that the Bears will get their butts kicked .....

But since Nagy was coming back anyway (unfortunately), what the hell, why not get another playoff shot ? You never know if You can almost set your watch by the fact this Bears team will find a way to make it interesting at least (if frustrating to watch).....

At least lets hope Pagano gets shown the door (as a token at least).....

Our receivers can get separation...Trubisky just can’t put the ball where it needs to be.

Was pleasantly surprised the Bears didn't lose like Miami did today against Buffalo. Buffalo took the 1st few drives off then said "WTF are we doing" and put themselves into overdrive. Nagy would never do that in-game and if it is  true that he's getting involved in play calling again (there were a few calls that were vintage Nagy) the clown show is going to continue, unfortunately....

Nagy.  "Be you". Well you suck at playcalling. But he is too ignorant/arrogant to understand that obvious point, as the small success he had in the 1st year with the "oompa loompa" etc etc somehow convinced him he's a good playcaller....

Sorry to be so down since the Bears are going to the playoffs anyway (as Homer Simpson said "the best 2 words in the English language De Fault") but there does not seem much light at the end of the tunnel atm.......

One more week of relevance (of sorts) for the Bears.....

They have to play with zero mistakes - no penalties - no turnovers to even be competitive against good teams like Saints and Packers

And they need some stick-um on their hands

Nothing from this coaching staff confirms that they can get the players to play mistake free football (or even close). Recievers still leave their feet for some strange reason at inappropriate times instead of trying to run through the catch, Trunisky still has terribly inconsistent footwork/mechanics and the as the topper, the D can't even get turnovers that are gifted to them. Something is wrong in Denmark.... and fish stinks from its head on down :D

Ok I called it that Rogers was going to feast on Trevethan covering, and he did.  Eddie Jackson did nothing, Akiem the dream Hicks, did nothing.  Quinn got close, ONE TIME.  Didnt really see Mack do much.  Nichols and Jenkins did nothing.  And when Roquan went out, that was it.  Our D is not trying or buying into the program.  Pagano MUST go, no matter what, unless they win the superbowl, and do it with D.

Mitch making head scratching decisions again, didnt see much from ARob, and once again, a TE does nothing against his former team, see Graham,J.

Ideally I would like to see Ted Phillips on down get shown the door.  Get a new GM, let him decide about the coaches, hint hint, get rid of all of them.  Do NOT let Pace hand out any big contracts or make a first round draft pick.....

Offensively, the Bears for the most part played ultra conservative.  Run, bootleg left, bootleg right.  It moves the ball between the 20s as long as you can complete 80% of your passes.  They showed a stat of Trubisky's QB rating for balls beyond 10 yards in the air.   This is probably why Nagy rarely left Trubisky in the pocket throwing the ball downfield.  I don't know what's going on in the red zone.  The announcers mentioned once that Graham wasn't even in there early on.  Packers gave them the short stuff figuring the Bears would step on their dick eventually or if they did reach the red zone - settle for a field goal.

The O-line did OK keeping the pass rushers off Trubisky.  Montgomery fought hard but couldn't break any runs past 8 yards.  3.1 Y/C.

Defensively, Bears don't have anybody with speed to play man on man.  Fuller plays with a cushion and breaks on the pass.  Shelly is Skrine II - small and slow.   Bears have to play soft coverages.   Jaylon Johnson may be their only true cover guy.

I still think Bears need to look at QB or OT in the draft but the team needs man on man cover DBs too.

So we get the Saints on Sunday.  A smart QB like Brees, all he needs to do is find out who Trevethan in covering and throw there.  And feed Kamara.  We are going to get spanked two weeks in a row.

Did the Packers ask their linebackers to cover Bears wide receivers?   Why is Woods even in there on passing downs?  He hasn't played a lick of LBer all season.

Bears had more pressure than last time.  Had 1 sack and one holding call.  A few QB hits on Rodgers.  But pass rush has been a problem pretty much all season.  Rodgers seems to find an open receiver a split second before pressure arrives.   A team that can bring it is the only team that can beat the Packers now.

The play I can’t forget is 4th down when it’s 23-16.

After converting fourth earlier with a qb sneak they line up in shotgun.

???  That tells the defense they can back off.  No keeping them off balance.
