And just like early in the season when Waldron was calling an option at the goal line, I can only hope this brings to focus the details it takes to win.
Unfortunately Waldron didn't learn his lesson and still decided to be cute at the goal line, again. Even if it worked, there is no excuse to make that play call when trying to comeback on the road. And even more so I blame Eberflus. Mr. Awesome Culture and Honor the Ball failed to veto that ridiculous call. The lack of self awareness and game management by this head coach is truly maddening. He is on a stubborn CYA mode and only digging himself into a deeper hole.
