If not, you must be so proud of who your allies are on this one.

There is a growing number of teams that will not deal with him.  You can probably add the Giants to that list.

Uh, five minutes after the Correa debacle, Giants signed Boras-client Conforto.

The Marlins are letting teams know that Lopez, Cabrera, Rogers, and Luzardo are all available:

They're looking for offense, so it's probably hard for the Cubs to make a match. But it would be nice to add a strikeout guy to the Cubs' rotation.

Been thinking about what pr company would have to do to polish Bauer's image.1 In his new town, he would take out a full page ad, admitting he was excessive in his previous encounters with women and pledge not to do it anymore.2 He would donate 100K to the local battered women's shelter in both San Diego and his new city.
3. He would go to counseling weekly while in the employ of the new team for a minimum of a year.
4. If alcohol was involved, AA meetings would be required.
5. He would numerous interviews with tv, radio, and newspapers to proclaim his new lifestyle.

Or
He could just go to Japan for two years.

Apparently, one of the reasons that the Dodgers released Bauer is that he showed no contrition in their interview with him after the arbitration decision.

So, going forward, he is showing no indication he would do any of the things suggested by Curt.

In these circumstances, it would be surprising if any MLB signed him. Maybe if/when Bauer sees that, he will consider having a change of heart regarding his approach to the situation.

Yes, a "change of heart" under those circumstances would be totally believable.

I hope no team signs him.  I think we all agree it would be a disaster..  I was only trying to imagine that a team being stupid would have to do to repair their image.

Well, almost "all" agree it seems. There is clearly one exception.

So if he agreed to something like Curt mentioned I would be in favor of it.
