The Twins just terminated a contract for $3 million IFA so I would guess the Yanks, Twins and Rangers would be the likely spots for Matilan. There are rumors that a recent Korean SS signing could also be terminated and he signed for $300,000 so that could be an option for the Cubs. He’s supposed to be a plus, plus runner.
