Yeah, Trout has said he's not sure about playing. So far, though, he's in.

A lot of positive cases of COVID have been announced today. The Braves and Twins have been hit the hardest. Freddie Freeman, Will Smith, Touki Touissant, and Pete Kozma are out for the Braves; four Twins including Miguel Sano and Willians Astudillo also have it. Salvator Perez, Tommy Pham, and a couple of Red Sox have also been announced.

Doesn't Sano have additional issues?

These announcements are not what is going to prevent any baseball from being played in 2020.  It will be what is going on all around the country.

In ex-Cub news: Tsuyoshi Wada took a no-hitter into the sixth inning and went seven for the win in yesterday's Fukuoka Softbank Hawks game.  He's 39 but still going strong.

Big blow to the Phillies—Aaron Nola to the COVID IL.

Correction: Nola hasn't been placed on the COVID IL, but he (and Adam Haseley and Christian Bethancourt) are being kept out of camp because of "coronavirus protocols." So it seems like they could have been exposed and might eventually go to the IL, but it hasn't happened yet.

A couple days ago, Scott Kingrey, Hector Neris, Tommy Hunter, and Ranger Suarez all went to the IL without an explanation, so that probably means they have COVID. The Phillies have been really hard hit.
