We need to have a vote on the playoff systems.  My work has been a wee bit crazy, so I haven't gotten around to looking at the different proposals. 

The minor league limits I'm less likely to want to change.  The talent in the league is pretty much already locked up and that is one of the few ways we have to try cause less of that.  Welcome to the fun of moving from rebuilding to trying win, it is the hardest part of the league.

I would like to vote on the minor league limits given the changes in baseball relative to service time. While I think 100 ABs is a good number, it could even be 75 ABs and still have an impact.

While this rule probably means the most to my specific team this year, it will impact teams moving forward.

If owners vote it down so be it but I think it is fair to put it up for a vote. Are owners open to modifying rookie minimums?  If the votes are there we can go to the next step of determining good numbers. If the votes aren’t there I will deal with it.
