I'm a little slow so for purpose of clarification are all players who aren't under contract back in the pool now?  Or do those who were extended QO's still technically remain on rosters?

Using Dansby Swanson as an example, he was given a QO.  If he signs an extension with the Braves within the time period to accept QO's (10 days) does he remain on my team?  Or does he only remain on my team if he signs the QO?

My understanding is that a player can talk to other teams but not sign with another team until after he rejects the QO.
