The problem is with the transaction limits you can’t flop him back and forth.  You’d be out of moves by week 8.  That’s why you’d have to count him as 2 players.  If the roster only had 24 players it would be illegal and I’ve to mark it as legal every day to score points.

You can flop him back and forth, but not at will.  As I have done in the past, one has to wait for a pitcher to get hurt and Ohtani is at UT, flip him to SP and take a player from the pool.   Then if a player gets hurt later, one can flip him back if one chooses.  You have to make strategic decisions.   If you flip him at will, it costs a waiver.

At some point last season, someone brought up the idea of removing the -2 points penalty for errors. At the time, I think everyone who commented was on board with that change.

But we didn't vote on it in the offseason. So I'm assuming the penalty will still be there this year, right?

I think we voted on several things but changed nothing. Are we doing playoffs this year?  I think most wanted to do playoffs.

The Fantrax positions passed.  So positions players will go by what is listed on Fantrax.  Pitchers are still under the old rules.

We have to come up with a playoff system for next year.  I’d like to trial run one in a dummy league.

Didn’t vote on error change.

Yeah, Joe ran into the same thing I did trying to get people to vote.  Not sure why.  I think it would be okay to vote on the error change rule.  It does little to impact the past draft or future scoring.

This might be the craziest thing I've done in a while, but method, I accept your trade offer.

The Brats trade Juan Soto and Jose LeClerc to the Madmen for Vladimir Guerrero, Jr. and Garrett Crochet.  method to confirm.

Question...we voted to accept fantrax positions, but can we appeal if Fantrax has it wrong and it hurts us?

JR Rule: injured players are not eligible for the replacement draft.
Rule not necessary, JR only TRADES injured players.

Actually I think I picked up a guy in the replacement draft a year or two ago who was 50-50 to start the season healthy, and when he didn't and I wasn't allowed to stash him on my IL, I did what I do best which is whine and cry and throw a huge hissy fit about it.

Yeah, I should clarify.  You can take an injured player, just not one on  the IL.  If he has a red flag  because he has an ankle sprain or has the flu, and might have to sit out a day or so, that's okay.
