Reb, I've been reading your posts for over 15 years. I know that you're a smart, thoughtful, presumably successful guy. I think you're probably not an
**** (note, please, that I didn't say that you were). I guarantee you, however, that if we set up a vote to see who here thinks you're an
****, more than 50% would say yes. It doesn't have to be that way.
You made your point about your thoughts on tipping. And then you made it again. And again. And made snide comments about people who thought otherwise. Why? What's the point--at some point it just becomes badgering rather than exchange of ideas, and for most of us it happens way sooner than you seem to think. Previously you similarly badgered another poster so much about the hearsay thing that the board essentially told you to STFU, and you went away in a huff for a while. Why push it to that point again?
Even your resposnse to me has been knee-jerk I'm-right-you're-wrong. I invite you to consider the possibility that there's some merit to what I'm trying to tell you. Either way, I'm done here.
