Where does Hoyer get off?  ....  He needs to go.

It may be that maybe Hoyer and management deserve more credit than they've received for their creation of value out of nothing?
*Chafin
*Tepera
*Alcantara
*Wisdom
*Duffy
*Pederson

Those have been some really good contributing pickups at no cost in traded-talent and negligible cost in $$.  (Pederson at $4.5 and Chafin at $2.1.).

Jeff has mentioned the importance of creating value out of nothing.  Theo had some success like that in Boston, with Mueller and David Ortiz.  With Cubs in 2015 breakout, Rondon was a huge piece, Chris Coghlan was an under-appreciated piece, and Dexter was picked up pretty cheaply, too.  Maholm and Feldman.

Some of the present contributors might fall off the earth, we all realize.  But I've got to give Hoyer and his scouts credit.
