Is Rose trying to play his way out of Chicago? Playing like a guy at the "Y" right now.

With Rose playing like a YMCA has been, the Bulls are still 24-10 and have the 3rd best record in the conference.

Gasol and Brooks have been great additions.

Rose has had to deal with the physical and mental aspects of returning from a series of serious injuries.  He is still finding his way.  Not to mention running a team that is quite different from what he had been used to, and trying to determine how to utilize his abilities.  The Bulls will not be a serious contender to win it all unless he stays healthy and becomes consistently an excellent player (he needn't be playing at superstar level).  I'm hopeful that will happen by playoff time, but of course the jury is still out.

The Bulls have quietly opened up a 5-game lead in the division.

I wonder who is going to give him the Boo-yah during the eulogy.

He's playing like he has no interest in basketball. Zero energy, zero passion. He's standing around doing nothing in the 1st quarter tonight as his man is scoring and grabbing offensive rebounds at will. He simply looks uninterested.

+1. Really did not think rose would be the weak link on this team.

Bulls rally all night for a great win against Houston. Butler and Mirotic really lead the charge late.

Cleveland lost to the 76ers.  Bulls lead the division now by 6. 2015 champs  Cav's in panic mode as they trade for  J.R. Smith and Iman Shumpert and dump Waiters.

Detroit drops Josh Smith and goes undefeated in their last 6 including beating the Spurs on the road last night.  Houston picks him up immediately goes into a tailspin.  The guy has all the talent in the world but is one of the dumbest players in league history.  So glad the Bulls don't bring in guys like him.

Eh. While I'm no fan of Josh Smith, the Rockets have lost three games by micro margins against quality teams (Chi, SA, Wash) since he came over, two of those on the road. A play here or there and they're 6-1 with him.
